When a journey is assigned to a chauffeur, the data strictly necessary for its execution (name, contact details, route) is transmitted to the chauffeur performing the service. The chauffeur then acts as a separate data controller for the execution and invoicing of their service.
We collect the data you provide to us via our forms: name or company name, email address, phone number, information relating to your journey (addresses, date, vehicle), and, where applicable, your consent to receive marketing communications.
Your data is used to: process your booking and quote requests, contact you, organize and invoice your journeys, and, with your consent, send you our commercial offers.
The processing is based on the performance of your request (booking) and on your consent (marketing communications).
Your data is accessible to authorized members of the WAVE MOBILITY association, the chauffeur in charge of your journey, as well as our technical subcontractors: Tally (forms), Make (automations), Google (data hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Webflow (CMS). These service providers only access your data for the purposes of the service and in accordance with our strict instructions.
Your data is retained for the time necessary to process your request and comply with our legal obligations (particularly accounting), after which it is permanently deleted or anonymized.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and request the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact contact@wave-vtclemans.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in our emails, or by contacting us directly.
This website uses the audience measurement tool built into Webflow, our hosting provider. This tool does not use cookies: it stores an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage in order to distinguish visits.
The data collected is anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, device type, traffic source, time spent on the site. It cannot identify you, is not cross-referenced with any other dataset, is never sold or transferred to third parties, and does not allow any tracking of your browsing on other websites.
